The RTOS that runs in tiny places.™Salvo’s modest ROM and miniscule RAM requirements mean that you can have event-driven, priority-based, multitasking applications in nearly any single-chip microcontroller, with plenty of room left for your application.Salvo Lite contains demo, example and tutorial programs, and freeware libraries. It has all of the basic Salvo functionality, but is limited to a small number of tasks and events, etc. (typically 3 tasks and 5 events). See the supported targets and compilers list for the platforms supported by Salvo Lite.Click on the links here to download the Salvo Lite installer and try Salvo Lite. Salvo Lite is freeware — you can create, distribute and even sell Salvo Lite applications, royalty-free.The Salvo installer works on Windows 95 / 98 / NT / 2000 / XP / Vista systems. If you are running Linux or another operating system that does not provide Windows emulation to run the installer, download the User Manual first and see the relevant section in the Installation chapter.
